Al Polson’s book From All Sides is essentially a guide or handbook to be followed by
successful job seekers, recruiters identifying and vetting candidates for corporate jobs,
hiring managers within corporations and even corporate executives.
I suggest From All Sides should be used as a primer in college business schools across
America. Very little attention is often paid by these school to the hiring process used
today by American corporations.
